Bimby is now following in the footsteps of his mother, Kris Aquino
The handler of Bimby Aquino, shared the reaction of Queen of all Media Kris Aquino to the hosting stint of her son on the longest-running noontime show, Eat Bulaga.
Kris was known for being a veteran when it comes to hosting. During the prime of her career, she has hosted multiple shows and was almost seen everyday on TV.
Just recently, her son, Bimby, has shown that he can also be a TV host, just like his mother. The 19-year-old celebrity was a guest co-host on Eat Bulaga last June 17, after he had a surprise appearance for the birthday celebration of host Ryzza Mae Dizon, who was his co-star in the 2013 movie My Little Bossing.
Bimby received positive feedback after his hosting stint in the longest-running noontime show.
In a recent article by entertainment writer Jun Lalin in Abante, he shared that they asked Jack Salvador, Bimby’s handler, if the young celebrity would be a regular host on EB.
Jack said that there is no certainty when it comes to this, but Bimby will appear on the show again next week. With this, Lalin said, “Tamang-tama at magkikita na uli sila ni Ryzza Mae, na noong mag-co-host siya sa “EB” ay nasa birthday break pa.”
It was because the Dabarkads are feeling “kilig” with the Bimby-Ryzza Mae tandem, so this want the two young celebrities to be together on the show.
Then, Lalin shared that they asked Jack if Kris Aquino was happy about her son’s hosting stint on the noontime show.
“Yes, of course, Tito Jun!” Jack answered. With this, Lalin said that for sure, Kris would regularly watch their show, if Bimby were to be a regular co-host.
“Hindi rin kami magtataka kung bigla na lang a-appear si Kris sa “Eat Bulaga” habang nagho-host si Bimby, ha!” the entertainment writer said, adding that knowing Kris Aquino, she is really supportive of her sons Bimby and Josh.
